Well beyond expectations, thought we were staying in a village inn, but we were mistaken, this is truly a hidden gem Beautiful accommodation, very comfortable bed and lovely bedlinen. Wonderful breakfast with perfect poached eggs Dinner highly recommended, not to be missed, the tasting menu bursts with flavours.

Room was so lovely, cozy and clean. We had dinner there which was superb, and a breakfast the following morning which was just as delicious. The food and service there is excellent and I would highly recommend you come and experience it.

Worth staying in the clean and pleasant rooms adjacent to the pub so you can enjoy the drinks menu. Food is excellent and if you stay this continues for breakfast.

Food is excellent. Menus are unusual but that is fun of trying different things. Service is attentive without being obtrusive. We went away feeling full and well fed. Even booked early for Christmas 🙂

We have been twice now, once for dinner and once for lunch. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, excellent service and delicious, subtle, interesting food.
Good value considering the quality of food, service and atmosphere.
