The best of British Produce
Our menus are rooted in a deep respect for provenance, shaped by longstanding relationships with a trusted circle of suppliers — including many friends and neighbours.
Surrounded by fertile countryside and coastal waters, we are fortunate to source exceptional ingredients from those who truly understand their land and livestock. Day boat fish arrives fresh from nearby harbours, meat is raised on local farms with uncompromising welfare standards, and seasonal fruit and vegetables are gathered from surrounding fields and orchards.
Our all-British cheese selection is curated from outstanding artisan dairies, showcasing the depth and diversity of British cheesemaking.
This philosophy extends to our bar, where we feature a carefully chosen range of local ales, lagers, IPAs, and craft spirits from Devon, Dorset, and Cornwall. Our list also includes a growing selection of excellent West Country wines and sparkling wines, reflecting the quality and character of the region.
Our menus reflect a commitment to seasonality & sustainability — celebrating the very best of British produce.
We’re incredibly proud of our kitchen team who work tirelessly to craft exceptional dishes for you to enjoy. Want to see more? Visit our gallery page.
